"Only complaint is lack of parking space inside gate under building"

"The room was clean, lobby was clean but the staff is why I'd go back. I goofed and checked in a day after my booked day. I entered the wrong check in date when I was building my booking. I get there and the front desk made it feel like it wasn't a problem, and had my room still ready and just moved my check in-check out date. They made me feel like I was a 10 year guest and not just passing through. I'm staying there again when I'm in the Del Mar area."

"On site restaurant food was not good. Took a long time to get food and when we finally received food, it was cold. Parking spots are not wide enough. Cars are parking on top of each other. My truck was hit by a car and they left without saying anything. No exterior cameras to see who did it. Neighboring room had a full blown domestic going on. Had to call security."

"Clean room, staff were great, but the rooms are really crying for updates. Especially the stove so old and outdated, dishes, silverware so old and nothing matches"

"We really loved the room and the staff were very friendly we appreciated the free breakfast provided it was better than some of the other hotels we have stayed in that provide breakfast included. The only complaint was having to pay for parking since it was an open lot. It was very family friendly and very clean. We would stay here again if needed for a work or trip"

"This property is far superior to most Residence Inn sites. It looks like it was previously a mid to high end property. I think it may even be better than it's sister property, Marriott, across the street; it also has better amenities, like free breakfast and cheaper parking fees."

"Rooms were very disgusting. I moved rooms twice because how filthy the rooms were. There were gnats all over the ceiling, food all over the walls. The microwave was dirty. There was built up dust behind the refrigerator and bed. I do not recommend."

"Property location is great. One mile easy walk to beach. We walked there every day. Also directly across street from Del Mar fairground. Hotel itself is fine! Needs a little updating - our room was spacious. Suite was perfect size for family with kids. TVs are old school- no smart TVs. Paper guides for local channels. And our phone in our room didn’t work at all to call front desk etc. also there is only one elevator on each side. Not a small hotel so our walk with all our stuff from our car...
