"Staff is the best positive about this property. We had a couple of issues (elevator not working , hair dryer not working) but the staff did everything to help. Property does need updating which we had seen by other reviews but it is extremely clean and beds are comfortable. Biggest negatives are the water pressure is so low it made washing hair a real problem. And toilets are very low to the ground, they belong in a Kindergarten classroom. "The initial room we were offered smelled strongly of mildew. We went back to the front desk and requested another room, which was provided, and when we opened that one it was exactly the same. We notified the front desk we were going to have to seek another hotel, and left. When we subsequently requested a refund through Expedia, the hotel declined saying that we had not let them know we were leaving. Do not recommend. "Overall ok. Just be aware of few things: (1) There is a $10 per day parking fee (2) The hotel has partnered with a restaurant across the hotel for non-buffet (served) breakfast with only a couple or so of vegetarian options (3) Its a busy avenue, traffic noise can be a bother but the doors and windows are ok to cut down on the noise"

"The hotel has been raising it’s prices steadily yet the property has had bo updates un more than 15 years. It’s filthy, barely any water pressure out of the old wobbly shower heads. Stuff is unfriendly and the mattress is worse than camping."

"The price is the only thing that is decent about this place. If that is all you care about then it might be fine, but the rooms smell mildewed and the walkways are filthy around the rooms and the backside is very sketchy. It wouldn’t take a lot to make this acceptable but if you don’t care about anything but the price then it might be OK for you but otherwise beware."

"It’s definitely not what it appears on Expedia. The furniture was broken in my room, there was mold in the shower and what looked to be a good amount of crime in the parking lot. I didn’t get a refund. I checked out right away and paid for another hotel. It was that bad. The property refused to refund my money even though I just got there."
