"If you have breakfast there stick to eggs and toast or bagels. Potatoes were soggy and the sausage was better as a patty not a link. You can order a custom omelet with your pick of toppings and it's very good. Very friendly and helpful staff but it's obvious there have been budget cuts in breakfast supplies. Eggs are good and bagels good. Avoid everything else."

"The room was ice cold when we came in. We figured out that there were 2 thermostats one in the bedroom and one in the main area so we were able to adjust the temp. I would much rather have a nice cold room than hot one. Everything seemed very clean. The bed was firm but comfortable. It was decently quiet.The location is very walking friendly with shopping and food close by, right next door to Trader Joe's and other prepared food. The stay also includes a free breakfast. "The surrounding area is safe. I grew up in Chatsworth! There are many outside fast food options as well as restaurants. I took advantage of breakfast every morning. The dining area was quaint. The children in the pool and hot tub can be obnoxious. No reflection of the hotel. The grounds are highly maintained. The best part it is dog friendly. "The check in was not pleasant at all, with the staff laughing at me as the saw my struggle with my 2 young children, then bags and my grocery bag broke spilling my groceries all over the lobby floor. They laughed and not 1 of the 3 men at the front desk offered to help at all. Very disappointing. the rest of the stay and amenities were great."
