"The outside doesn't look like much when you pull up; the building could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. But once you step inside, there's a strong, pleasant, clean smell, and the lobby and reception area look modern and refreshed. The rooms are also nice and modern, comfortable, and very pretty, with comfy beds and pillows, and a nice bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Everything was great on that front. "Room was clean. Arrived late. Staff took ages to check us in. I asked for help to use the vending machine as it didnt seem to be accepting my card. Wasnt sure if i was doing something wrong. She wasnt interested. Asked if the bar was open. Was told it was, but nobodybwas manning it. I didnt have time to stand around and wait as we had an early mroning flight. Had 2 kids with me who went to bed thirsty. Staff were poor. Ordered a transfer for early morning which turned up prompt. "

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was excellent feature of this hotel. We were not able to enjoy the breakfast buffet because we only stayed for one night and left 4 am the next day, but they sent a “breakfast box to go” for us. A small but very nice, convenient hotel."

"Hotel was super convenient to and from the airport with their shuttle. You have to reserve a seat on the shuttle, so we let them know what time we were landing. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was nice."
