"We stayed for one night on our trek down the ring road. Check in was easy, and check out was as well. There is a small kitchenette for guests to use if you are prepping meals as you go. However there is no refrigerator so be prepared to make simple things. The room was clean and well set until for our stay. Be warned, noise travels through the walls very easily! Overall, this was a great option for us. It is very fairly priced, and well located. "

"A cute little guesthouse in a rural area. I was able to check in via quick phone call and check out just by leaving the key behind as I left. I stayed in room #1. My room was super tiny but adequate, and the ensuite bathroom was functional. Plenty of outlets to charge my stuff. Everything was clean. The location is so rural that I don't know why you'd stay more than one night however. Probably a good stop for your first/last night on the ring road. The worst part: if you book via Hotels . "Internal is neat and moden. Alternative phone number and emails are posted and there is a working landlines phone in the entrance area, no need to worry not getting the room code . But it would be nice to get the room access code one day in advance. I got mt room code emails around 12pm of arrival day."

"South Iceland Guesthouse was a great stop for the price! Situated on a beautiful farm underneath the mountains, it was gorgeous scenery all around. Our room was very small but clean and beds were comfortable. The shared bathrooms were good sized and clean. The family restaurant across the street was delicious!"

"The rooms are spacious and clean. The host was welcoming and communicated with us throughout our travels. Breakfast waffles were served with homemade jam. It was a beautiful stay. Highly recommend. "

"Nice place, particularly the common area which is very nice with a nice view. Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are simple, two single beds so not very comfortable for couples. Also the food is very overpriced dinner is 8K which is too much for what is very simple food, breakfast is 4K and is not included."

"This beautiful property has a goat farm! The goats are very friendly and we even got a tour of their facilities. The apartment was clean with a nice fridge, stove, very comfortable bed. It was calm and peaceful and convenient to the Golden Circle. And it was very economical!"
