"I booked suite room 251 and unfortunately the air conditioning in the bedroom wasn’t working. This meant I didn’t get a good night’s sleep. There was a fan but no air conditioning. I mentioned this to reception in the morning and they assured me they were aware and that’s why there was a fan. However when I checked in reception hadn’t mentioned this issue. If they had I would have asked for a smaller room with working air conditioning. This wasn’t great service."

"Clean but very dated — proceed with caution if you have a dog I have mixed feelings about this stay. On one hand, the room was clean, which is the most important thing. However, the condition of the room was quite poor; the furniture felt like it was sourced from a low-end second-hand shop—battered, cheap, and very old. With peeling paint and a budget mattress, the interior wasn't much to look at, and the exterior was equally grim with weeds everywhere and a generally run-down appearance. That...

"Redwing was v clean and the staff v helpful. However, it was advertised as having a snooker table and games in a have room but there was only a fruit machine. Also the air conditioning in the bar/dining area didn't work. Although there was a bar with gin, there was no tonic!!! It was an extremely hot week and the bedrooms were very hot but the fans provided did little to help.1 of the beds in the twin room really needs a new mattress as it was completely sunken in the middle and I would suggest...
