"Very mixed feelings about this hotel. I would give it a 5/10 (maybe 4.5 or 5.5 out of 10 even). We chose a room with a King bed but it's just two simple bed put together which gives more like a queen bed. I asked to upgrade the room thinking they had bigger beds (we were 4: me, my wife and two kids) but they told us the bed size is the same in every room. When we arrived, we had to ask for the bathtub to be cleaned up because it was dirty and the toilet smell like pee. They sent someone to clean but the stains remained in the tub! The pool area is amazing though. Pool is clean. Staff is very friendly! The best part I think is the buffet breakfast. A lot of variety, food is good and staff is friendly. The reason why the hotel gets a low rating it's because cleanliness and comfort are non negotiable."

"It’s a clean hotel and stuff are kind and helpful however we got a room where the shower drain was blocked 2 times and we had to call them multiple times to come and fix it. the water was flouting. Also about the location. it showed on expedia that it’s 2 mins walk from dubai mall but in fact it’s far 10mins by car which is a false advertisement"
