"I arrived the unit late at 10.30pm, the key was placed in the mail room. I had taken it and follow instruction to park at level 6 at designated parking lot. However the key access to higher level was not working. Called no one respond. Taking risk to park at lower level, get in room fist. Saw a few coacroach on bed and table! Next day check out still not pick up my call, terrible management!"

"I stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning and wanted to be close to the airport. All communication regarding check-in and check-out was handled smoothly via WhatsApp. The responses were very quick, and they provided clear instructions along with a helpful PDF guide with images. "The access key was not provided on day one. The entrance lock was not working. The door would not lock. The owner wants to send a video for every issue. Broken side table, no main door lock, poor quality Pans, no power chord for rice cooker, TV remote not working. Bedsheets can be better, looked ragged. Hall sofa not fully stable. The owner was putting the blame on the previous renter, but we suffered from the stay. All amenities are charged except Gym. The Tennis court was in very horrible...
