"Far Below 4-Star Standards – Poor Hygiene, Maintenance and Service
This resort needs a complete overhaul. Basic cleanliness, functioning plumbing, pest control, food quality, and professional service are seriously lacking.
* Pests: A cockroach and spider in our initially assigned room.
* Filthy bathrooms: Bathtub edges covered in grime and what appeared to be mold.
* Broken plumbing: A toilet that wouldn’t flush properly and a sink that barely drained.
* Cramped rooms: So little space that we...

"The hotel is great overall resort. The room is clean and very-good in size. I put it 4/5 since you need to pay to use the Exercise room.
The all-inclusive package is very good and the food selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner are 7.5/10.
The staff members are nice and helpful."
