"The hotel we stayed at on the first day of our family trip to Austria was the best, with everything perfect. The staff were very friendly, and the place was clean. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the feeling of being treated like royalty. It was a shame to only stay for one day. If I visit Vienna again, I would love to stay here again."

"Schon der Empfang war herzlich und ehrlich. Die Zimmer konnten schnell bezogen werden und der Ausblick auf die Altstadt war unbeschreiblich. Vielen Dank für das Upgrade. Zimmer selbst waren sauber und hatten alles was man braucht wie Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Angenehme und leise Klimatisierung rundeten dies ab. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der City und hat alles Sehenswerte in der Nachbarschaft. Das Restaurant Poco im Erdgeschoss ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank 👍"

"This Hotel is a true Vienna Gem! Close to EVERYTHING. We had view of St Stephen walking distance to square tram subway the Kemeel all the sites. The staff is AMAZING very knowledgeable and helpful the breakfast was included and was excellent from the the afternoon to the evening, there is beer wine champagne petite foures waiting in the center restaurant beautifully appointed ten out of ten"

"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"What a wonderful place! First, the neighborhood is fantastic, especially if you are tired of the crush of tourists in the Imperial center. Actual Weiner live here, amid loads of restaurants, cafes, and galleries (and places to shop for stuff you actually need). The hotel itself is amazing.
