Thank you so much for the detailed review, we are so glad that we earned a 5 out of 5 rating from you! We just want to comment on some of your observations, which we really appreciated! We open at 3 because we are a family owned and operated business. We clean the rooms, do the laundry, maintain the grounds, and do our personal household errands between check-out and check-in! So the 3:00 office opening is a necessity for us! We are happy to provide extra coffee and coffee condiments upon request (as well as pillows and blankets for anyone who may need them!). We definitely have real mattresses on our beds, not toppers. They are very firm, however, which is what we inherited when purchasing the motel a short 18 months ago. We know they need upgraded and will work on it a little at a time. We very much appreciate your feedback and that you shared your experience with others here so that they know what to expect when staying with us! We do hope to see you again!
