"Cute place with personality. Loved showers pillows and bed was comfy. Only downside is I couldn’t use my charger - I brought a bigger block and the outlets were so loose it was too heavy to stay in (tried multiple outlets). But overall loved location and the place and staff was super friendly."

"After staying here many times, this is probably my last. They are renovating the hotel and the main entrance is a mess. I waited a half hour for the elevators two times because one didn’t work at all. It is a mess. The rooms are tiny now. You have a super large TV on the wall, and a table and chair and the bathroom shower is a water closet. The amenities are few compared to my stay in fall of 2025. It’s a shame how they made the rooms so small and clunky. I didn’t eat there. I just wanted out the next day. "

"The hotel space is nice. The wait for the elevator was outrageous. We waited easily for 15-20 minutes each time we needed to leave or return. The staff was unresponsive and unapologetic regarding this issue. I asked the concierge to help with reservations prior to arrival and she was unhelpful and neither communicated nor responded to my emails without several follow up emails asking for a status update. We waited for 30 minutes for the car and our luggage. The car returned to us dirty both inside and out. It was not a five star experience. We were quite disappointed."

"Absolutely amazing stay at the Soho Grand Hotel. The vibe was really nice, stylish, upscale, and perfectly located in SoHo. The room was fantastic with sleek design, and the service was top-notch. The lounge bar that turns into a nightclub is such a standout, we had so much fun there. On top of that, the staff were incredibly accommodating and so nice, they pointed us in the right direction to secure a spot at a busy restaurant and bar, even though everything was nearly fully booked. I can’t wait to stay again!"

"The roof top was beautiful. Only disappointment was the pool was closed for repairs. When I booked the hotel for my daughter’s 21st birthday they was the main reason. Mr. Purple rooftop bar and pool. However, upon arrival we found out the pool closed last week. So sad! Also, throwing hotels the premium in room is advertised as two full beds and a twin. The hotel stated the premium rooms are only kings beds. So they gave us a party of 5 a pull Out bed to compensate. Over very nice"
