"Clean room and friendly staff"

"Jacuzzi does not work and hasn't worked in months apparently so you will not be able to use it. Rooms are kind of small and crowded. Very old and dark aesthetically. Breakfast was very limited."

"When we arrived there was no one at the desk, a sign they were on the property and would be back. A line started to form of travelers that just want to check in and relax. The hotel is bare bones and every expense was spared. You have to request for housekeeping to come. We requested housekeeping to replace our towels, and it was not done. The beds are comfy but the bedding is not. There is no tv in the bed area which is so strange for a hotel. The pull-out couch is uncomfortable and there was...

"Well, on the first day I was assigned a room, but when I walked in, it was already occupied—that gave me quite a scare. Then, the air conditioning in the replacement room was broken, so I had to be moved again, and that room had issues too. In my opinion, my stay wasn't very good; the airport shuttle never arrived on time—honestly, it was a disaster. However, the young woman at the front desk was very attentive."

"The receptionist was so helpful and friendly. She needs to have a big raise in pay. The shuttle to a d from the airport went well. Beds a d breakfast were good. Would definitely stay there again!!"

"Without question, this was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. The property attracts sketchy individuals, and there seemed to be a police presence almost every night. Fire alarms were going off repeatedly, making it difficult to feel safe or get any rest. The room itself was absolutely disgusting. The mattress was heavily stained with a yellow discoloration that made me question whether it had ever been replaced. Paint was peeling off inside the bathtub, the curtains were filthy, and...

"As a rewards member, it was so awesome that upon checking in, they gave me complimentary water. Also, the beds were super comfy, and the breakfast was delicious. They have a breakfast burrito bar in addition to the regular hot breakfast items. Also, we left our laptop at the hotel, and they called us and helped us get it back. I really appreciated them going the extra mile to help us. I highly recommend and so appreciate them."

"Our stay was just okay. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, I was disappointed with the lack of housekeeping. The rooms are not cleaned daily, and fresh towels are not supplied to the room unless you go out of your way to get them. It felt as though the hotel simply provides the physical space, and you are expected to manage the rest. I was really hoping for standard daily room service during my stay."
