"Too bad.... The location, food and staff were great, but our room smelled of cat pee! They tried to cover it up with air freshners, which had us fooled the first night, but by the time we returned from our day tour the next day, the bathroom in our room smelt so bad, we had to keep the door closed and remove all of our things. We had to brush our teeth in the main room, and hold our breath to use the toilet! When we complained about this, they did not offer an acceptable resolution or compensate us in any way for the inconvenience. This lack of attention to the client experience, especially given that this is a health concern for anyone staying in these conditions, was unacceptable. "

"Overall the stay has good. Our room had difficulties with the electricity several days and the staff helped us but it happened several days. The pool suite tas large but unfortunately very sharp in the bottom. I would not stay here again cause it isat suitable for a family with children and far away from beachen and stores/food. Food options also very few. For a couple og travveling with Friends who Wish for Sun, pool and quiz this is a good stay. "

"Room was lovely and quiet. Our view was of the gym and a car park so wasn't great. But we loved how quiet it was so weren't that bothered. Breakfast was nice. Room was spotless. "

"We had the most pleasant stay at Navatara. The staff was extremely thoughtful, kind and attentive. The rooms were very spacious, super clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Very nice and clean pool - plenty of space. They even prepared us a breakfast box on the day we went on the tour. We would love to come back when in Phuket again.
