"on arrival we request more pillows as there was only 3 in a family room hours later returned to ask again no pillows turnt up , one of the beds had a big dip in the bed , there was cracks in the wall , breakfast was terrible no cooked couldnt call it continental there was cereal with gone off milk toast & choice of 2 muffins , tea & coffee, all in all over priced & will not say here again "

"On arrival staff were very welcoming. We were able to check in a little earlier and shown to our room and given all the info we needed for our stay. Quirky little pub with entrance to our room up a little staircase through the kitchen area. Stairs maybe a little tricky for some as they are quite steep. Our room was pretty basic (which we expected for a b&b and at the price range) but was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We had a lovely view of the Quay too. "Great location for lakeside shopping centre. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Room is on the small side fine for a night but would struggle for longer. Comfortable bed and pillows. Hot shower and decent toiletries. WiFi is really poor just hitting 1mb! Had to use phone data to watch firestick. "
