"We had a nice stay here. The only bug bear was that there was not much fruit at breakfast. I do not eat fry ups in the morning. The only fruit was apples. Maybe a dish of mixed fruit or bananas would have been nice. The staff were really pleasant and the hotel itself was fine for our 2-day stay. The bedroom could have been a little bit more updated, paint off in most places, the en-suite was old fashioned, could be done up more modern really."

"Really good location for the town. You can park on the garden street car park, you pay 8-8 and free over night. The accommodation is lovely, it’s clean and has everything you need. Breakfast was really nice and fresh. Would def return. The restaurant next door, is 15% off with your hotel door key. The burgers are to die for!"

"Very aesthetically pleasing hotel and room. Only downers were that the bar and restaurant were closed for a function. The room was nice and well sized. Would have been good to have had more bottles of water (just 1 small provided) room was very hot with no fan/AC and the road noise was awful, not a very good night sleep."

"We had a lovely 3 night stay at the Red Lion Hotel, the room and bathroom were kept very clean with plenty of toiletries and towels, tea, coffee and biscuits, the food in the evenings was excellent as well, staff were very professional and friendly at breakfast and during the day/evening, we would definitely recommend and will stay there again."

"It was a great flat. it had everything we would need including eco friendly shampoo and washing up liquid. It was really handy for town and the park. The washing machine worked well and was much appreciated. We managed to get the TV working, and that had loads of stations! Comfortable bed and good shower. Clean and smelt fresh. It's hard to tell exactly what places are like because this site always relies on tick boxes. so it didnt seem to mention that the shower was over the bath. Not very...

"Room basic but clean. Facilities are slightly tired but adequate. The only slight complaint was that the shower was not much more than a dribble but the water was warm. Staff helpful and friendly. Note: Hebden Bridge is hilly and the hostel is up the hill from the town centre. It is not that far and should not put you off using the hostel"
