"AVOID THE HOTEL VERSION OF A SUPERMARKET SELF SERVICE TILL. No staff AT ALL on site. You’re sent a code to get in. The room was horrid. Broken bed, rips in curtain. Leaking toilet, broken toilet seat and sink plug. Heavily stained carpet. I ARRIVED but if you needed to speak to someone, you had to ring a number. "Parking was good, right outside our room. Staff were very friendly and nice. There was a good choice for breakfast of cooked and cereal. The room was clean, did notice a couple of spiders, one small one in the bath which was easily washed down the bath and one above the wardrobe storage, which didn't cause any problems. The light in the mirror one side had dimmed. Very central to York 1/2 and hour and 1 hour from Bridlington. There is a manned bar, but on Wednesday night it wasn't open which...

"First, the room was not as advertised on the number of people who could sleep in it I had to pay for another room for my kids. After, that we settled in and noticed the rooms were not cleaned. The bedding,floor and toilet was had dirt from the previous guest in fact I was too ashamed to let the staff know after paying extra money had to leave the next day as early as possible. "
