"It was a great place for what I needed. I was in-town visiting UNI nearby and just needed a room for the night. It was overall okay, there were many buckets around the hotel for dripping water, but was basic for what I needed. "

"I was looking for an extended stay that had a kitchenette in the room but decided to book here to save money and to avoid having to make longer trips to get to Allen Hospital. The hotel needs a lot of updating from the rooms to the parking lot and lighting in the parking lot. We were moderately comfortable during our stay and able to save money since we were able to use the refrigerator to store food and the microwave to prepare some meals instead of eating out for every meal."
