"Check in was very easy, the room was maintained well, and it was clean. The staff were fantastic, particularly the Poolside bartender, who went above and beyond to welcome us and was super friendly. They're is food near, as well as a target to sticky grab anything you need if you're okay with a walk. The room itself had some minor issues; The water heater struggled, it took several minutes running to heat up for a shower. "Good location, very close to universal studio. They offer free cookies during our stay and they provide free shuttle to the universal. Front desk is quick with their services. Very business-like with many conferences."

"Fully enjoyed the property and location however, not selling sunscreen by the pool was disappointing. Also, there were a number of other pools on the property but it wasn’t very clear if those were only for Club Wyndham guests or included Wyndham Grand guests too."

"Highly recommend staying here. The suites are spacious and are perfectly located 10 minutes from WDW. The area is quiet and the staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast buffet was convenient and kept clean. Will definitely be returning to this hotel. "

"Everything was just about great. Only issue was when we stepped Out for a night to visit some friends overnight out of town, the hotel staff was supposed to come restock and make beads freshen towels, change garbage etc. they didn’t come so we came back to full garbages, no towels, unmade Freshbeds. We stayed for 6 nights. All Others were wonderful. "

The hotel seems fairly new, and while we didn’t try the breakfast or spend time in the common areas, our room was a highlight—spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. A couple of things stood out, though. There’s a charge for parking, which was frustrating, especially since the lot is large and doesn’t appear to have limited space.
