"They gave away my room and put me in a smaller room. The floor was sticky, sheets were dirty, there were no blankets, the phone didn’t work and the safe didn’t work it took them 3 days and multiple trips to the desk to repair these issues. Staff was friendly, room appeared clean but was not, there was even old toothpaste from somebody else was stuck to the back of the bathroom door. Parking at the resort was an absolute nightmare. "The property was clean and spacious. The check -in process was quick and staff was very pleasant and professional. The property was close to Disney, SeaWorld and all the other attractions . They have shuttles which made it easy to get around . There were several restaurants within walking distance to choose from.
I would highly recommend this property for families as a vacation resort."
