"Management is very accommodating, but maintenance is a key issue. The hotel cleanliness and upkeep has degraded rapidly…especially for such a new location. Breakfast staff is not what it once was…the older gentleman who used to manage the breakfast staff kept the area sparkling, coffee hot, and food stocked. "The property and the surrounding areas were very nice and clean. The only 2 things I didn’t like that can easily be fixed were housekeeping not cleaning our room entirely and small nit pick of the breakfast area. In our room, the kitchen suite utensils were bent. The shower gels were not refilled, and our garbage was not cleaned. We also spoke with guest services to get two additional pillows (4 total) because the first two were flat. "The coffee maker in the room didn't work. A ND the toilet paper was soooo rough it felt like a scrub brush on my bottom. They also did not have any gluten free items at the breakfast bar. There are alot of we people who require gluten free items, such as oatmeal, cereal like cheerios, etc. Othe than that it was a good four day stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful."

"I understand that the room refresh was only to provide minimal room service. It happened but almost nothing was done. Only 2 of towels were replaced. No wash rags, floor towel, or hand towels were replaced. All were removed but were not replaced. The empty tissue box was left on the bathroom counter hoping it would be replaced. That did not happen either. Other than that the hotel was great, the location was very convenient and the breakfasts were really good too."

"Love the resort! Staff was very nice the only concern was the floor in the room being scratched up by someone else’s pet. The bedding was nice and soft. Love the water parks although the big slides were closed it was still very nice. Theater was comfy as well."
