"Un resort che fa molta scena ma la qualità e i servizi sono pessimi. Il giorno che siamo arrivati non erano disponibili neanche gli asciugamani per la piscina. La qualità del cibo è bassissima. La spiaggia è praticamente inesistente, le sedie fornite per stare al mare sono tutte sporche e vecchie. Il numero di lettini in piscina è assolutamente inadeguato rispetto al numero degli ospiti. Prezzo assurdo. Non si spiegano queste recensioni positive..."

My main complaint is the inconsistency sometimes the service, food, cleanliness, and hospitality were excellent, and other times very disappointing. Also, there is no safe walkway outside the hotel, so if you enjoy walking, running, or biking, it can be very dangerous."

"It’s rare that we end up paying so much for a poor choice of food, long lines to get anything. A ‘WhatsApp’ reservation process for their ‘restaurants’ that more difficult to navigate than a dense text book. And the bathrooms are awful and outdated with mold even in our ‘updated’ room. And for an ‘all inclusive’ hotel. no complimentary beer or welcome package of wine or champagne. The beds in these rooms are awful. They are as hard as I can imagine and there are no comfortable bedsheets - just...
