"The parking is secure for anyone who decides to stay in the Hotel , the rooms are very cleanliness , Staff are very friendly, And the Air Conditioning works very well keeping your room fresh. My husband and I we love the most is the front yard because there’s so many pond plants and trees and especially clean pool and warm water . It’s worth it. "Both ladies working in front desk were excellent. I did not enjoy the restaurant in the hotel, better options near by. Cleaning room service can improve (stayed 3 nights and did not get any service) "

"We enjoyed our stay here: The staff were very helpful, rooms and hallway were clean, and roof-top deck was perfect for a quieter rest. It was an easy walk to the Convention Center area, grocery store, and restaurants. The only thing that would have helped us would be to have TV access without having to use our own phone connection. I highly recommend this hotel."

"For the most part, the room was clean, but the bathroom shower door did not stay shut, and there were roach or ant traps underneath the sink which suggests they may be present; although, we didn’t see any. Also, the elevator was extremely slow and sometimes didn’t come, which made walking downstairs with children and luggage a little difficult."
