"Pros: •Very clean room •Surprisingly comfortable beds and pillows •Friendly, courteous staff •Convenient location if you have a car •Good price Cons: •The hot tub was the same temperature as the pool •By 8:45 AM, breakfast was out of milk, orange juice, and apple juice, and the options were poor - we ended up buying breakfast elsewhere for our kids •No towels at the pool, which we only discovered after swimming •The room had an unpleasant smell - we had to use room spray •Thin walls; we were woken by a neighboring alarm, and a man yelling angrily in the hallway was unsettling •The air conditioner (room 331) was making very loud knocking noises off and on throughout the night like something was wrong with it. This also kept us awake. •The building feels old and run-down despite renovations •Ice machines were not working properly, and had puddles of water around them Overall: Next time, we’ll spend a little more to stay somewhere nicer."
