"The hotel was very nice but the front desk staff was not friendly. Also at the continental breakfast they had run out of bread and bagels to go with the eggs. Very disappointing:("

"The hotel is nice but you do need to plan because the transfer shuttle can take a lot of time to come. They do have a great app to book the transportation so you know how long you have to wait but still you have too wait!. The girl that worked at the ski rental at the place got confused and took our ski rentals from the ski valet and placed them back so we had to get our skis again and lost pur precious ski time in the morning because of that. Other than the hotel is ok"

"Great hotel, we have stayed here several times. Rooms are wonderful. Our hot tub smelled strong like dirty sea water so we didn't use it. Otherwise, great place to stay. "

"Very surprised how large the rooms were. We had 3 king efficiency rooms. All very nice, refrigerater, microwave, living room area and large bedroom. Bathroom showers a little tight, but all in all very nice bathroom. Continental breakfast was a nice perk. Very accommodating personal. Definitely would recommend and return."

"Ski slope is a quick walk or a shuttle ride away. Shuttle comes every 5/10 mins and drops you multiple lift locations. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was super helpful and quick to resolve any needs. "
