"On the first evening of our s three night stay, we experienced a significant issue with a broken light fixture that could not be turned off b/c the switch was broken. Issue never resolved nor were we compensated for any inconvenience. Luckily, my husband solved the issued by unscrewing the bulbs. Given the disruption to our stay, the lack of timely assistance, and absence of any service recovery we do not feel the experience reflected the standard or value we expected."

"Parking is right at the back of the building. A good restaurant is right beside the hotel. Very clean hotel with very nice and supportive staff, I will definitely recommend this one."

"The managers were helpful- do ask for an extra quilt if you go in winter or spring because the heater seems like it is going to shake itself off the wall if you leave it on for too long! I opted to keep it off for the night."

"The location is great near Bryce Canyon NP, and the idea of the western themed buildings is cute, but the porches and entrances are quite shabby. The staff was minimally helpful. I had to ask where to get ice—and was directed to an outside building. A child—maybe 10 years old—answered the bell at morning checkout. The breakfast was adequate."

"24 hr check desk was great for late arrival and early checkout. For the price is hard to beat"
