"The front desk staff were quick, efficient and very kind! The room was big and you can park close to your room! They had great amenities such as laundry mat, post office, ice, neat store for practical needs and memorabilia too, the attached restaurant has a great supper buffet and/or menu to order from, the staff here were great too and the 'free breakfast' knocked all others down- it was a buffet but they also had service! This was one of our top 2 stays on our 22 day vacation!"

"Wonderful property. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Great beds, linens and pillows. Slept great. Has a great coffee shop and a pizza place within walking distance. Close to everything so walking to places was quick. The staff were over the top helpful, kind and friendly. They went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely being staying at this property again in this future. We cannot recommend this property highly enough."

"An honest review not based on highlights or deception. What you book and what you see in the pictures is not what they offer. Fake pictures, fake descriptions. Rooms are old, beds are terrible, dirty and fast clean ups. Staff lies in to your face about what you booked and what you get. If only i knew what i was paying for I would run and book Best Westerns right away."

"It's really not far from the Bryce Canyon. The room is beautiful, all nice heavy wooden furniture. There was a microwave and fridge which we liked to prepare snacks etc. There was also a small table inside, chairs in front of the cottage and a large table outside near the cottage. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"I thought the property mentioned it was 6 minutes from Bryce Canyon. It was not but it was about 12 miles or so from the entrance. Still a fairly good location. The room was clean and the property with only 4 rooms was cute. The walls were thin and you could hear loudly the upstairs toilet flush. I am fortunate as I always travel my sound machine to block out noise. The pillows were too fluffy for me causing my neck to hurt. The second night I used the extra blanket for my pillow. "We arrived and there were no other guests at the property at all. This should have been a red flag but we couldn’t cancel at that point without losing our money anyway. A note on the door said we needed to go across the road to another hotel to check in. There was a nice young lady there who was helpful. Our room was clean. The furniture was older and needed repairs. The WiFi didn’t work. So we went back across the street to the other hotel a few times and finally it was working. Unfortunately...

"Fun little place to stay. Beds were a little hard but worked for the night. Everything was clean inside. The grounds are bad though. There are stickers and weeds everywhere. My grandson got tons of stickers in his favorite blanket and we will have to throw it away. The blanket cost as much as a night stay. Pretty sad kid. A bit of weed maintenance and yard work would make this a great place to stay."

"Unfortunately, it took me 2 hours to get to the property. The address was wrong on Expedia so I FINALLY arrived in the dark. There was a person trying to help me get there but when I did. I was alone and lost and it was dusk. I went to the tent. It was lovely but my zippers didn't go all the way down. That night the winds were 27mph and the snow was due to come shortly and the temperature was due to drop dramatically. The other problem was I was a single woman and there was NO WAY to lock the...
