"Clean room, breakfast delicious and affordable"

"The room smelled the second we walked in. Mold and cluster of dust on AC filter. Bath tub was covered with disgusting stains. Do not pick this motel if possible."

"room was clean. Staff was helpful and nice complimentary breakfast. Laundry room had a foul smell and run down. Hotel posted a a disclaimer saying not responsible for condition of washer and dryer, which I found odd. probably wouldn't book there again, but do like Holiday Inn locations."
