"The room was very clean. The workers were very pleasant, but they put us in room 129 which is the last room right beside of the back exit and everybody has to go out the back. Exit to smoke because it’s a non-smoking establishment. So all night long whether someone coming or going or smoking or whatever every time that door opened I heard it. I am a very light sleeper and I did not get any sleep. The back of the building smoking area was like a revolving door that never stopped."

"I selected this specific hotel based on it having a HOT tub and a pool. This hotel's pool and hot tub is fully structurally enclosed. The pool's temperature was no more than 70 degrees and the HOT tub was no more than 85-90 degrees. I was in need of a good HOT tub soaking from my sore muscles. I had no bathroom towels for being able to take a shower, I asked for some, and they didn't have any extra available towels in the entire hotel somehow.
