"Found a small but noticeable amount of mold in the bathroom. Return/cancellation policy was not followed. When I attempted to get help on the cancellation, was told the room could not be cancelled which is not what the cancellation policy stated. The cancellation policy was very clear that even after check in, the room could be cancelled and refund would be up to the hotel. Of course a refund was not issued, but the hotel did not check me out of the room even though I gave the keys back to the front desk. The hotel also charged me $13 after the booking when the room was not used and early check out should’ve been processed."
