10/10 Excellent

"Loved the hotel. Check- in took longer than expected though. We arrived in the evening and there was only one clerk available- and he had to handle an emergency with a flight crew that arrived late, while answering questions from guests and trying to check me and my colleague in. He was a nice guy, and kept a professional attitude- but he truly needed another colleague there. It wasn't his fault, but the long wait was frustrating for us since we already had a 3 hour flight delay earlier in the day."

"For our family trip with two adult children, the room was fantastic option for us. The staff was very friendly anytime we interacted with them. The location was good as a base for our day trips around Charlotte. We were a bit disappointed in the pool as it appeared dirty. Also, in the fitness room, there were no towels or wipes available for during/after workouts. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were OK but got a little boring being there 7 nights."
