Staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room as well as the rest of the hotel was very clean. It felt very safe and inviting.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Charlotte Southwest
The room was spacious. We had two queens and a trundle bed/couch. The walk-in closet was a great spot to keep all the clothes and luggage. The beds and pillows were comfortable and it was a quiet night. The black out curtains allowed for extra rest for the kids.
