"My stay at The Bell Inn was wonderful! The bed was so comfortable...I slept really well! The food at the The Cellar was excellent! I would stay here again!"

"Nice central location. But the windows are very thin and not insulated. That means you will hear every motorcycle rev, car, truck, and conversation. Especially after they get out of the bar that is right on the corner. I suppose if your room was facing the opposite side of the main street you should be good but if not, good luck getting sleep. Also, the blinds were a pain to open and close, be prepared to get your hands get roughed up."

"This hotel was a great gem in the middle of downtown Salem. We enjoyed being able to walk to almost every point of interest. The room was spacious and chic. The shower was a bit small and parking was horrendous. The hotel host a lot of events so that contributed to the abundance of people in the area but we eventually got a spot toward the evening. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here."

"The parking is terrible they do not accommodate high top vans. You have to find metered parking which is limited. The hotel was nice good breakfast. The door jam to our room was coming off so our door would not shut completely. The room doors are incredibly heavy and hard to open."

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is quiet and has a great vibe. It’s a good 15min walk to the main center of city but is a pleasant walk. Met all our needs. Comfortable bed, clean, cute themed room and most importantly it was quiet."

"The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. "

"Room was very clean and comfortable. Water pressure was good in the shower. Only bummer is we thought one called for the airport shuttle to arrange pick-up from the hotel, since the card at the check-in desk said to. It turns out, the shuttle runs to the airport every half hour which would have been fine if we knew to plan accordingly. Unfortunately, we had just missed one and were worried taking the next would make us too late, so we took an uber to the airport. Otherwise, our stay was great,...

"Beautiful property and super helpful front desk team! Great communication leading up to the stay, and friendly welcome. Pantry well stocked (fresh cookies!), and comfortable lounge area. Perfect location for museum, restaurants, shops, and sights. Room was clean and comfortable!"

"Traveled with 92 yo parent and the staff was able to accommodate us nicely. This is an older hotel so there is no elevator,which we knew prior to booking. We were able to negotiate the stairs fine as the staff put us on the main floor. The breakfast was made to order and was delicious. We would definitely stay here again"

"The kitchen staff quit on Sunday 5/24. There was a long wait time for food and food was not restocked until breakfast was almost over. Briana was by herself to support the breakfast since this was not her area and she was filling in she did the best she could and worked really hard. She was really nice but the situation was not nice to her. Omar the janitor was also overworked. Though neither of them were mean it was hard seeing the workers in that position doing the best they could."

"The property is well located in (relation to the airport and downtown Boston. A free blue bus shuttle connects the airport terminals with the blue line at airport and onward to Beachmont) The room was modern and clean. A range of shops exist around the Beachmont station; including an excellent family bakery ! The complimentary breakfast provides a great start to the day. Staff are very welcoming and helpful."

"This hotel was way overpriced for what it offered. The room was dark and dingy. It was loud sometimes at night. The pool was uninviting and there was no room service. I felt like I was completely ripped off for a two night stay. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Very nice experience. All the staff was on point, specially the Dominican lady in the breakfast area. Didn’t feel overcharged for the breakfast either. I would only complain about how clear the noise from the parking lot outside felt in my room ."
