"The room was very spacious, clean, and the location was great. We were able to walk everywhere. The hotel staff were wonderful, they had great recommendations on where to ear and what to do. I would highly recommend this hotel, I would definitely come back when visiting Salem again."

"Since I last stayed there 3 years ago, considerable upgrades to the rooms. Everything was modern in terms of decor and the bathroom got a nice facelift taking out tub and putting in walk in shower, brand new tile and fixtures. It's in a nice quiet location. We were able to easily Uber out for dinner downtown. Plenty of parking, nice open common area, snacks for purchase, coffee and water available for free. Definitely would stay there again as there are not many options in Beverly."

"Was disappointed this time around. I spent 4 nights at the hotel and housekeeping never cleaned our room. I told the staff 3 days in a row that we needed towels and a change of trash, and I was told that housekeeping would take care of it, and they never did! I’m not a Karen but i’m extremely disappointed after spending close to $2000 and had to chase staff for work that should be done. "There was no breakfast which was a total surprise however we were given $7 coupons to go to a muffin shop in town in the historic district to apply towards buying breakfast. That worked out well particularly because we met local people that were lively and gave us a sense of the town."

"Not a nice as a holiday inn suites but clean, friendly and helpful staff. Location not ideal if you want to do activities in downtown area of Boston. Had to uber 25 -35 minutes to get anywhere."

"Property was spotless and close to airport. A/c worked great! Employees super nice and helpful! Free shuttle leaves every 15 minutes to rental car return or airport departures. Drivers are so nice and helpful. My whole stay was A+++! Well done to this Hilton property! Will be staying again next fall for sure!"

"Great location. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly. The girl working the desk in the morning was a bit out of sorts. Obviously she didn’t want to be there working. But she was a Gen Z, so par for the course. Otherwise, nice hotel with a good breakfast."
