In my opinion, best free hotel breakfast in Pigeon Forge. Room was clean and spacious. Location is very convenient. We will def stay again at this hotel."

"Nice room. Good location. Check in staff was amazing. I needed to request late check out the next day because I became ill. I was told hotel was 100% booked and this wasn’t possible unless I paid a holdover charge. Late check out was noon. Holdover charged checkout was 2pm. So I had to pay to be able to burn a few hours prior to checking into the next hotel. I was quite ill; I paid but it seemed petty and unkind."

"Beds were hard , cheaply made blankets. The room was subpar per price of room. My fridge was not working, no free breakfast. The lazy river was small, and children were jumping and swimming in their without float , kicking people , swimming the wrong way of the current.. per price it wa not a good experience."

"I stayed 2 nights and was very satisfied with the location and the room. The indoor swimming pool and indoor hot tub were poorly maintained with green algae in the hot tub so bad that the water was very green so I did not get in it. The pool had a chemical issue causing it to be extremely cloudy to the point that I could not see the bottom in the 3 foot area. I have a large inground pool at home, so I am very aware of what it takes to maintain a clear "sanitary" pool. I was in the water for...

"The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. We had gone to the wrong Baymont hotel by accident and the front desk person called to help us get to the right location. Also, in the morning we got up a little bit late and the person who was helping run the breakfast she let us come in and get what we wanted to go. She was very nice."

"This is a bonus with water park , very reasonable price. The front desk staff was very helpful, automatically updated our room . However first time the room wasn’t cleaned , 2nd room was as noisy. The only uncomfortable experience is the room clean staff , who only changed garbage bin and exchanged towel."
