"The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were excellent for slumber and comfort. This hotel is centrally located to Old Town San Diego and Balboa Park. The water front and airport are just a couple of miles away. Moreover, there staff is also most excellent. Nick answered all my questions when I called him from Texas. He was also very helpful during our stay in the beautiful City of San Diego. I highly recommend folks consider staying at the Legacy Hotel. "

"Our front desk attendant (young woman) was excellent. Friendly, cheerful and helpful. Our shuttle driver was personable and informative. The meal we had in the Lounge was delicious and the bar/lounge attendant was very helpful and attentive. "

"Great location in walking distance to Old Town . Very friendly staff that were very helpful. Had an issue with the ac/heater so called Front desk and reported it. It seemed like a minute passed and the maintenance was there and replaced the unit so I had heat the rest of my trips. Nice room and it had a shower chair and grab bars for me so I didn’t have to bring my portable ones . Will definitely stay here again when visiting family , "

"Our initial room was clean, but the hallway had a strong, unpleasant smell. Fortunately, the general manager was incredibly kind and quickly moved us to a recently renovated room in another hallway, which made a big difference. Breakfast was good, with just enough options to satisfy both adults and kids. The location is very convenient—close to downtown, the San Diego Zoo, and SeaWorld. There’s plenty of parking available, but keep in mind that it comes with an additional fee."
