"We have stayed 4/5 times and that is why we returned. This time was unbelievably negative Won't be returning"

"Property was clean. The morning staff was friendly and a good variety breakfast. The evening staff was hard to work with and unkind. The parking is a problem as we were told one thing and then rudely told another. Which left no room for parking or cars and no staff that was willing to help us. We're also told that other people checked in on Tuesday and Wednesday nights and needed multiple spots for their cars so they sold them parking passes even though there is not enough room in the parking lot for one room per car when the hotel is fully booked, which it was. I also had the light in my bathroom start raining on the last night of my stay which is in electricity and water problem so I would not allow my children to take showers in there. Although they had been dancing all day at a dance competition they were unable to shower and the front desk had no help or solutions as the hotel was fully booked. Very frustrated with our stay."

"We had a 1 night stay and would stay here again for a short stay. The hot tub and pool were great! Breakfast was good. We enjoyed supper at the on site restaurant/bar. The room was clean and comfortable. Very comfy pillows and bed. Across the street from the Apache Mall. "

"Front desk was told that bathroom supplies were empty. Nothing was done about it. Room was not serviced during stay."

"The breakfast was cold, what was left of it anyways. Bath tub wouldn’t drain as we took a shower. No hot water. We were given 3 towels and were told they didn’t have more when we asked. Air in room barely worked. "

"Our sink didn't drain The shower didn't drain but the stopper didn't work, the cold water kept coming out of shower, so it didn't work to shower or take a bath"
