Hotel murah di Redbourn

"Treated like a second class person as we had a guide dog. Put in an awful room! Requested a fridge and to have a patio door but ignored. Paid premium price £171 of which £25was for our Guide Dog who is cleaner than a lot of their guests apparently. Compared to our previous stay it was very poor. Even said we were not allowed to stay in the room we had as it had been refurbished and no longer a dog room. So basically all their old rooms they hired out to dog owners at premium prices as not...

"I really liked this hotel. It's what I would call a hidden gem, because I had no idea it was there. The building is clean, housekeeping is spot on, the staff are attentive, and able to offer advice on almost everything. The bar had a lovely atmosphere and the lounge had the largest TV on planet Earth. Breakfast was the best I'd had in any hotel. It's a 2 minute walk from the tube station, and close to all amenities. "This guest house was a lovely find in a very pretty part of London. Welcome from Lekha was friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order by Newton. Gluten intolerance was catered for. We had a fan in the bedroom as the weather was hot. Ensuite had a lovely powerful shower. The bed was comfortable. Lots of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby. Also just a walk from Hampstead Theatre. Really kind thought of chocolates and a card for our anniversary. Would love to stay again."

"This hotel is basically student accommodation, running and shouting down the hall ways around midnight. Eventually moved room after initially being told hotel was full to then be told "my bad" we have another room."
