"Most units are two bedrooms that are owned by folks but our 1-bedroom efficiency unit, although comfortable and clean, was not impecibly decorated. It has a pool and hot tub but we did not use either. Good access to the beach but one has to watch the tides, so be careful."

"This property is in desperate need of an upgrade. We had an ice bucket but no glasses. Jug and coffee maker but no cups. Walked on the beach which was very polluted (looked like a lot of toilet paper washed up). Do not recommend "

"We stayed for 3 nights, arrived a little early for the check-in time and our room was already available. So, we were able to settled in pretty quick and enjoyed our stay. The staff in the lobby is super nice and friendly. There is a unlimited coffee and tea in the lounge open from 8am-12mn which we loved. The only downside is we get up a little early than that 😅. They also have bbq grill that you can use, a billiard table and some board games. You can also play volleyball and swings for...

"It was good for the price. It’s hard to find affordable hotel nowadays. I felt the cleaning could be improved a bit more in the area of floor. Bed cover had some black dots. I am not sure what it was. I did not tell the staff because I used the other bed. It had two beds. Shower room was good with good pressure. Overall, not bad but could be better with more thorough cleaning."

"This was the perfect place for our staying at Nanaimo. It was close to parks for walking in, very quiet and spacious, and the view was spectacular! We loved our stay here."

"The hotel is right on the main road through Nanaimo and I first thought it might be too noisy but it wasn't. The room is well constructed to provide a nice nights sleep. Pictures in the ad are accurate. If you travel with a dog there is a nice enclosed back area for exercise."
