They could not have been nicer! They asked if they could do anything to help including sending some herbal tea. Anything at all. "This hotel is very convenient. The staff are all super friendly. The shuttle runs 24 hours. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The price is right. The breakfast is very nice and they have coffee and tea in the lobby even if you are catching a flight at 6 a.m.!! I will stay here every time I hage an early or late flight into Detroit."
