"During my stay I did not get breakfast or dinner but a family member went to the bar to order a drink and the bartender was extremely extremely rude to my family member. "

Just overall run-down appearance. Restaurant service was good but the burger was terrible. Just a plain, gray, frozen patty with no seasoning. Disappointing overall experience."

"Staff was very nice. Normally I am pleased with my rooms but something felt off about this room. I can’t pinpoint it. Carpet should be removed as it harbors allergens and is not cleaned just vacuumed. I stayed at the same hotel in Florida and it has hardwood floors giving the rooms a cleaner feel. "We chose those hotel simply due to free shuttle. Way there was great. On the way back somehow we missed the shuttle twice while standing in the place directed by hotel staff? When my family finally boarded the transit they talked negatively about me through the radio, complaining about us calling more than once. We waited 53 minutes from our first call. As far as the hotel- friendly staff and breakfast was great. The gym was a little run down but usable. There was a lot of noise from other...

"The staff went above and beyond helping me with an unforseen travel disruption and deserve high praise for their understanding and prioritizing my well being and comfort. The room was spotless, the bed comfy and the food at the restaurant exceeded my expectations."

"We planned the booking for the pool but it was cold, the floors were slimey, the water was foggy and the hot tub was out of order. My granddaughter was extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t have booked had I I is that the pool was in that condition. The room was ok but very noisy with the pool there. The one gentleman in the evening was very nice"
