"Upon arrival we found 2 roaches in the bathroom. The pool was closed but we didn't know this until we went downstairs to swim in it. There was dirt and hair in the bathroom and in the corners. There was shampoo but no conditioner. No soap or kleenex like a typical hotel room. The fridge wasn't very cold and had water on the inside. There was a flying, stinging insect in the room an hour after we arrived. In the middle of the night I had a bug crawling on me. I assumed it was a roach but...
