"1. Where's the Bacon? 2. Housekeeping for our 3 rooms was terrible. After the 1st day they had no time to clean our rooms. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th days of they were reminded, knocked on the door and asked if we needed towels. Had to ask to empty trash cans."

"Everything was perfect!!"

"This was a very nice place. What we loved about this place: we didn't have to pay for daily parking, we didn't have to pay daily resort fee, we didn't have to pay daily amenities fees. We didn't get an outrageous bill when our stay was over. We love that it is in walking distance to John's Pass. Will I book this place again, you bet! Plus, the beach view is outstanding. TRU Hilton management should re-think their parking situation, guest who stay should NOT pay additional cost for garage parking ($40 a day for valet parking) when the garage is not at full capacity!!!! Turns out that was a lie they were doing construction and according to the workers on the dock that was always the plan. The front desk staff everytime I complained said they don't know.
