"We had a great 5 day stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the room was clean and well supplied—the bidet was a luxurious amenity. We added lounge access (continental breakfast), which was simple but effective and what we needed before we started the day. Upon check in, the very nice woman was able to check us into a room early and practically gave us our whole week’s itinerary since she was so helpful. However, the only negative I have is that the elevators were not working all week. Some days there was 1 working, and other people told us there were times none of the 3 worked at all. This made for getting to our 29th floor room very inconvenient. We made it work and we weren’t in a rush at any point but I could imagine it was a hindrance on people who stayed for business/ work. Despite that, however, we would absolutely stay again"
