"This is a no frills hotel. With that in mind, the kitchenette was wonderful, with a full size refrigerator and great ice maker. However, there is not a table with chairs to eat on. There is a chair at the desk which allows one person to eat comfortably. The bathroom is a nice size with shelves to keep your bathroom items on. "My room was clean; however it was old and run down, moisture ants appeared in my bathroom so I needed to switch rooms. In my first room, the TV did not work, the carpet was horribly stained, the tub needed to be replaced, the lampshade was stained, the mattress was lumpy, the furniture was all chipped, and the furnace and road noises were loud. "I would like to be less critical; however, this was overall an extremely bad experience, and for paying $100 a night, that’s unacceptable. The sheets had stains on them, the pillows were flimsy and nonexistent, so that you had to double them over just to be like a normal pillow. On top of that, you only got two pillows per queen bed. "The staff were pleasant and helpful. The pool and spa were nice , once someone showed us the trick to it. The breakfasts were pathetic. Really rather an insult ,they just shouldn't do it if they don't really want to... They were very accommodating to my small minpin pup. So all in all , they were satisfactory and pleasant.
