"The property was well keep. It was like a little resort of sorts. Different buildings for restaurant,swimming, gym and breakfast. Even had a reception center. I just didn't like all the walking, stairs and outside elevators. It was alittle confusing but there was a very nice lady at the office who was very helpful (can't remember her name. She had really white hair) But I have a hard time walking, (back problems) and it was hard carrying luggage with no luggage rack, up and down and...

"There were bugs in my room. Was no air conditioning and nothing was done about it! Was not happy, for a hot 2days I had a very unpleasant experience."

"The staff at the front desk was friendly. The room needed a lot of work. There was no smoke detector. There was a huge hole in the wall. The water pressure in the sink was minimal. The sheets on the bed were paper thin. There is no elevator."

"This room is designed as all hotel rooms should be. A shelf and hooks by the door. A rack for bags instead of a TV on a dresser. The only design flaw is that the faucet is too short causing water on the counter when washing one's hands. Breakfast was complete and had a pancake maker that I've never seen before. Overall a great stay."

"Easily the dirtiest property I’ve ever stayed at. First room we checked into had what we hope was taco sauce splattered on the ceiling and on the blankets. A quick turn back of the blankets showed stained dirty sheets. Switched rooms immediately and received a room that smelt like pee which again had stained sheets. I’m 99% sure the room had bed bugs as well as we woke up with numerous bite marks and spent most of the night itching. If it wasn’t at the end of a long day of driving I would’ve...

"Check in was ok. It’s amazing to me that this hotel was clean but icky and they wanted so much info like someone might steal something. Hahaha believe me I don’t want anything from this hotel. This was a last min decision. We’ve never been asked to prove who we are (everyone’s id, yes everyone, plate numbers, credit card, cameras right in your face) I asked her if it was a 5 star hotel and if anyone actually steals things. "It was my first time at this property, but family members traveling with me had stayed there before and recommended it. We really liked it and the staff were great! Their snacks area, pool, gym, dining options were excellent as well."

"HONEST REVIEW. We stayed in room 805, fridge kept doing a loud noise often enough to disrupt sleep. The closet door was not properly installed or maintained. We can hear Ice machine next to room. Both elevators sound pretty bad feels like they might give out soon. Parking is not bad for it being downtown, but it is a bit of a walk from hotel entrance, and should be part of the stay rather than an extra charge $12, not the $10 stated.
