"Saw staff only once when checking in, very poor service. Limited pool hours, exercise room stayed locked, no room cleaning during stay offered. Continental breakfast was Saran-wrapped breads."

"The hotel has filthy carpets and flooring. The sheets on the bed were dirty and when they came to change them the mattress pad was also filthy. They did move us to a new room which was clean."

"Had reservations for over month. Once I arrived to check in, I was advised there would be a $50 incidental fee. I then went to my room. Once I went to my room, there were people inside my room. The hotel gave my reservation to another person. The hotel had a rather musty order. And unkept appearance. I had drove an hour away to experience a very sad situation. I had to check in at another hotel at a higher rate due to Baymont not honoring my reservations. Glad I didn’t stay at Baymont...

"I used to come here all the time in the late 2010’s, haven’t been here since maybe 2018? A lot has changed. I LOVE the interior of the rooms, especially the sliding glass doors showers. Found a hair in the bathtub that was mine😅the door leading straight to the pool from the main lobby didn’t work no matter how many times I used both key cards, had to use the side door for entry.
