"The woman who runs the inn is very nice but the place is dated and the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. There is also no sitting room as you’d expect in an inn no housekeeping and your breakfast is at 8:00 or 8:30. No sleeping in."

"The “outdoor pool” is in the middle of the parking lot blocked by a bunch of old junk. They charged me twice for a security deposit. Had no towels or wash clothes, the room felt more like a prison cell. Definitely wouldn’t ever stay here again and definitely not family friendly. No elevator so all luggage had to be carried upstairs."

"This is a great hotel right in the heart of Main Street Grand Junction. You can walk to multiple restaurants from the hotel. The whole hotel was well maintained and very clean. The room was very clean and the pillows and bed comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. It was also quiet at night. We were very impressed by the free breakfast. The food was great and the well stocked. The lovely lady was restocking the food and condiments as fast as you used them."

"Overall, our stay was good. However, the shower faucets are desperately in need of repair. The hot water faucet would not stay in position, and the shower was nearly scalding because it would slip from the dialed position. The cold water faucet was ok, but again the hot water faucet repeatedly malfunctioned. I would suggest getting a new shower faucet system (perhaps one that had a one dial operation). We stayed in Room 343 at the Quality Inn near downtown in Grand Junction, CO."

"Staff was doing their best, but they were clearly overwhelmed. Arrived at the room and the sheets had a couple of stains on them and the bathroom door was hanging off two hinges by only a screw. Requested extra pillows and was told I need to come to the front counter to get them. Came to the front counter about three hours later and then was told there were no extra pillows. At breakfast the waffle machine was empty, and the woman stated she was going to refill it. We waited 20 minutes because...

"This place was way too expensive ($500 for 2 nights) for grand junction and the condition of the property. It needs to be modernized. While staying there for a CMU tour, there was a kitchen fire or something. Tons of smoke and the smell of burnt hamburgers during our stay. No fan system going or anything. More like a motel 6."
