"The woman who runs the inn is very nice but the place is dated and the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. There is also no sitting room as you’d expect in an inn no housekeeping and your breakfast is at 8:00 or 8:30. No sleeping in."

"Room was dirty, floors, vents, just a mess! There was a bottle under one bed and dog food under the other one. The vents hadn’t been cleaned in years and the pool was unusable!! Staff was absent and no toiletries provided except a bar of soap. You may as well stay at a bus station and share a space with total strangers! Cannot recommend staying here- needs a lot of general maintenance and this is not what we expected at all! With the weather so hot a pool would have been a nice amenity to use...

"Room was dirty. Comforter had a stain on it. Stuff splattered on the walls. Hole in the bathroom door. Lamp plug in end was cut off by the bed. Parking lot was littered with trash and we could smell someone was smoking marijuana. They did bring us a different comforter for the bed. A $100 deposit was required at check in that was not specified on Expedia when we booked the room. The person at the front desk did not speak clear English. Was hard to understand. Will not stay there again."

"This is a great hotel right in the heart of Main Street Grand Junction. You can walk to multiple restaurants from the hotel. The whole hotel was well maintained and very clean. The room was very clean and the pillows and bed comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. It was also quiet at night. We were very impressed by the free breakfast. The food was great and the well stocked. The lovely lady was restocking the food and condiments as fast as you used them."

"This place was way too expensive ($500 for 2 nights) for grand junction and the condition of the property. It needs to be modernized. While staying there for a CMU tour, there was a kitchen fire or something. Tons of smoke and the smell of burnt hamburgers during our stay. No fan system going or anything. More like a motel 6."
