"This is a new property, so the disgusting public haven’t destroyed the newness by scaring up the walls or kicking in the bathroom doors yet. A real treat to stay here, breakfast was far better than most, south hill mall entrance is a 30 yard walk out the back exit and plenty of restaurants on the edge of the mall parking lot."

We waited, rang the doorbell, tried calling the hotel, and after about 12-15 minutes we were let in. The staff member was very apologetic and stated he had been assisting with an emergency.
