It is a brand new extended stay hotel with very reasonable rates, but limited amenities. It has a nice kitchen area, but bring your own coffee pot, cups and dishes! The staff is friendly and helpful and it does have a small fitness room.

Extremely clean room and helpful staff. Front desk had blow dryers to use if needed. The only thing - if you like a dark room, they need black out curtains! The blinds did not do the job.

The room was super clean (like brand new) and the bed was simple and comfortable. The one thing that surprised me is that there was no hair dryer in the room. Otherwise, everything was there for an overnight stay.

Super friendly staff at the desk! Brand new place, so might not be on your gps. Wasn't on mine. It's next to the former Hinshaws Honda. EXTREMELY NICE ROOMS! LOTS of outlets on all walls. Full size refrigerator! Huge microwave! Doors have trouble closing every time, but not really a problem. Breakfast is the only thing they don't offer, but none of the Woodsprings do. I'll definitely be staying here from now on when I hit Pacific Raceways.

Looking for a lower cost hotel in this area and this one was the most affordable. Newer building and great location to access the surrounding cities. We were warned that the amenities were sparse and packed accordingly so it wasn't a problem. The lack of even a plastic cup to take medications was a bit disappointing. A cheap ice tray in the freezer shouldn't be too much to ask either. TV was fine and refrigerator/freezer spacious. Stayed two nights so didn't test the capabilities of room service. Very clean. Slept well. Will stay again.

There were only two bath towels in the bathroom, no hand towels. The air-conditioning unit was not working properly no bath tissue. The bed was extremely uncomfortable very low to the ground. I think because it was a disabled room that we received which we did not ask for.

They have no coffee makers, pots, not even an ice bucket for the freezer or freezer trays or anything to use in the kitchens plus you have to purchase a coffee pot if you want one for your room. The beds look like something you would sleep in if you were a kid at a summer camp. Also they lied about items we know for a 100% fact were left in the room, which makes their staff untrustworthy.

The front desk lady was rude, even when they had messed up they did not own to it, we asked for more towels and they did not have any they were completely out, tell me how that happens in a hotel. She accused my son of not even having a roomy their, nothing is provided at this place. I will not ever stay at a motel like this

Staff were helpful and amazing. No deposit and relatively new so everything was clean. Budget friendly but that has its drawbacks (no breakfast, coffee and you have to purchase dish packs or request extras). It’s also not really close to much that you can walk to but the location is actually convenient and not near high traffic areas. Depending on reason for my trip, I’d stay here again!

Upon check in I was given a room that was already taken, I walked in on the guest and it was very embarrassing for everyone involved. The room I was given after that was not the room that I paid for. At 6:30am I was awoken to other hotel guest entering my room as they seemed to have double booked my room as well. Infuriating stay.

To start off, as soon as my fiance got in the shower someone walked into our room. Like beeped a key card and everything. I yelled hey we're in here and they ran away. Next morning the exact same thing happened AGAIN except we had put the bolt over the door. I ran to look who it was but they had run away. Clerks were not helpful and appeared to be unconcerned. In addition this hotel was the barest of bones. Not even an ice machine. No complimentary water in the rooms and none left in the vending machine. 0/10 do not recommend

There was a very loud compressor or something that was running next to our room all night. It sounded like an airplane taking the ff or landing. This hotel is very clean and has comfortable beds. No continental breakfast or pool very basic but perfect for a quick night or if you’re needing to stay long-term, it has lots of cabinets and storage. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel doesn’t have water bottles or cups or coffee or cafeteria. The rooms have only 2 towels for 2 travelers, so if you take multiple showers a day you will have to reuse the towel. No body wash soap . No decent shampoo. The room has awkward beds, hospital style. The rooms don’t have carpets. It is a strange setup.

The staff was welcoming. This location is quiet and closely located near a discount mall. Accessibility to the freeway is good- approximately 6 miles off the freeway. Although the pictures make it appear as if there is breakfast, there is not. The table shown in the pics is for delivery pickup. There aren’t many amenities (ie no pool, breakfast, or exercise room) but if you need a general hotel for a nearby meeting, this would be a good option. The bed is quite comfortable.

This is a very basic property. It is new, fresh, and clean. It is very economical, and you get what you pay for. It has absolutely no frills, but everything you need for sleep. Be sure to pack your toiletries and any creature comforts as the rooms are sparsely stocked. But the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Would stay again.

Was a quick and simple over night trip. The property is brand new and very cute. Our room was a king suite and was set up very modern and we loved the style of it. We slept great. The only couple things I’d say is the water pressure is lacking there of and the kitchens have zero stock of anything so families that stay and need to heat up something on the stove top, you’d need to have brought your own pan and dishes but we didn’t require that. Look forward to visiting again

Perfect condition! It just opened a couple weeks ago and is very nice and clean. I loved that there's a microwave, stove top, and fridge to make and store food for longer stays! The only complaint I have is the walls are thinner, so in the morning I could hear someone playing music from their room. Other than that, I'd definitely stay again given the chance!
