"Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean. Not appropriate if you need a handicap bathroom but worked well for this single traveller. Also had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a table and 2 chairs, and a little kitchenette...

"Crumbs and dog hair all over carpet. Upstairs tenant was extremely loud the whole entire 48 hrs of my stay. Blew cigarette smoke at us every time we came in the front entrance while he was outside smoking. Not an accurate description or photos, don’t waste your money."

"Changed room twice. Cockroaches in first room, was told they didnt have another room right then to change us to. Given black garbage bags to place our belongings in. 2nd room dirty, not cleaned from prior guest’s stay. Continental breakfast area was dirty and a foul smell filled the area. There was a large bowl of yogurt on ice, a loaf of bread, boiled eggs, a container of cereal, and a gallon of milk placed on the counter and left there for hours, no ice. The only part that looked decent was...

"First time here and not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised on all counts. Boutique hotel feel with individually decorated rooms. Very cute. “Everyone is a student” is their motto. Stay here, you’ll like it (except the $44 parking valet fee)."
