"This was an amazing find! My room was comfortable and attractively furnished. The entire facility was immaculately clean. They've obviously thought of everything in terms of convenience. And the location can't be beat. In addition the host was very helpful and responded to every inquiry almost immediately. Yes, the intake form was a little tedious, but as that's literally the only thing I could possibly find to complain about, it was totally worth it. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!"

"I saw some bad reviews when i booked but it was reasonable price than downtown and it turned out to be very clean..the guy in the front who helped me check in was friendly and welcoming..i will def be back and the area to me was not bad..yeah theres a bus stop and homeless people but thats everywhere even downtown!"
