"The hotel is dated and shabby. Having been to the property several times since it opened (40 some years ago) I can attest that the property has not been updated since then. Furniture in the rooms had wear holes on the arms with stuffing showing through. Bathroom sinks were cracked. Bath tubs needed resurfacing. Wooden furniture was chipped and cracked. Tile floors in the lobby had cracks and holes as if struck by a hammer. The carpets in the room were vacuumed a total of 1 time in an 8 day stay. Housekeeping needs to be requested, and even then was hit or miss. When we first walked into the bathroom there was trash on the floor from the previous occupant. They have the audacity to charge a mandatory $75 a night fee for 'incidentals' even though my quoted price stated 'incl taxes and fees'. Luggage carts were never available making it difficult to get things from your car to the room. For the rates they charge you per night there are better options, possibly at better prices."

"Breakfast is not great Nescafe machine was briken so just a pot of coffee Gym machines were broken Pool is tiny Lots of road and train noise But, staff is friendly and they gave us a late checkout Room is clean and has good towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner"

"Great if you’re a business traveler; no continental breakfast. Starbucks ($$$) and bar onsite. Our room had zero ventilation; a/c vent not working and no fan . Otherwise very clean and quiet. Many restaurants nearby to choose from."

"The room was clean, but the hallway, elevator and lobby were sloppy. Had the smell of marijuana in the hallway."
