"Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again."

"One of two elevators broken our whole visit. Floors in halls and rooms filthy. Maid service didnt come on the day they were supposed to. Towels worn, bed extremely sagging and pillows old and lumpy. Fan in the bathroom was closed off. This hotel is in desperate need of updating and renovation. Very disappointed!"

"I understand that I booked a smoking room because that was the only option available at the time. However, on the day of my arrival, I noticed non-smoking rooms available online and called to inquire about switching rooms. I was told that no non-smoking rooms were available and that I would need to keep the smoking room. While I expected some smoke odor in a smoking room, my husband and I felt compelled to wipe down multiple surfaces ourselves with disinfectant wipes and Lysol because there was...

"For starters the carpet in the entire hotel was very dirty. But what was worse, was the shower. The water temperature would go from freezing cold to scalding hot without touching the knob. You had to time getting ing the water like a game to not get burned or ice bath. The air conditioning was also weak and the room temperature never got below 75 degrees. They had the audacity to demand $500/night for this very dated and updated hotel."

"The property says newly renovated and no smoking but the bathroom had stains on the sink and smelled like smoke. The water pressure in the shower was pretty low, too, though I do appreciate that the shower head had an adjustable stream. The staff was great, and it was fine for our one night stay. The bed was comfortable the iron seemed new, and there were plenty of outlets. Overall good, just the bathroom seemed....worn."

"The room was clean but didn’t smell clean had a damp smell. The ac was super loud too. But worst was traffic noise, from the LIE at night. The gym was good, but no bottle water in the gym, the dispenser was empty. The breakfast was very good, lots of options."
